Research Fee

The research fee is a one-time non-refundable fee of $60 for international and $50 for Domestic. Why do I charge a research fee? I put a lot of time and thought into planning your trip and making it special for you, your family and friends. Travel advisors are only paid by the resorts once the client travels. The research fee covers the time in the case that we work for hours planning your trip and something occurs, and you can’t travel. I can assure you that the fee is well worth the quality of service you will receive.
What is included in the Research Fee?
- Vacation Package Quotes for up to 3 destinations (additional destinations available by request)
- 2 pricing quotes per destination
- Additional activity research i.e sightseeing, ATV's, zip-lining, horseback riding, private yacht, guided tours, hiking, scuba diving, and others.
- Special Touch activites for special occasions such as birthday and honeymoons
- Help with finding the best & most affordable accommodations for you, from an experienced traveler and Certified Travel Agent
- Book all accommodations for you (hotel/villa, flight, airport shuttle, rental car, and travel insurance)
- Provide helpful tips for destination (after booking)
- Pertinent information for the desired location i.e country rules and regulations as needed.
- Travel Agent Support entire duration of trip

I take my time to send you the best options and ask that you are serious when submitting a quote request. Rates fluctuate often, hence it is best to request quotes closest to the date you're ready to book and pay the deposit.
Processing Time

After submission, the processing time is 1-3 days.
Payment Plans

Traveling can be affordable if we plan ahead. You do not have to break the bank with one large payment. It goes without saying that the sooner you book your travel and pay the deposit the lower your payments per month. The deposit will depend on the trip that you chose and will be sent along with the research information.
Rush Fee

Any international travel that is within 21 days will require a $40 per person rush fee.
