I hereby authorize Skye Ranch Master Association, Inc. (the “Association”) to use an electronic mail format, in lieu of U.S. Mail, to notify me of all official Association notifications.

I have read and understand the Association’s Electronic Notice and Voting Policy. I understand that although the Association will take every precaution to protect the privacy of the owner’s information, it cannot guarantee protection. I consent to have my email address included in the Association’s email list and accept the inherent risks involved with email communications. Generally, the benefits and convenience of email communications outweigh the risk of a potential violation of privacy.

By signing below, I understand that the Association will discontinue all future notifications to me by U.S. Mail and that the Association will continue to email all such notices only to the email address on this Authorization Form unless the Association receives written notification from the undersigned revoking this Authorization and requesting the return of receipt of notification by standard U.S. Mail. I also understand and agree that if I wish to discontinue receiving my notices electronically or I change my email address, it is my obligation to notify the Association in writing, or the Association will continue to rely on this Authorization.
