Vault Athletics fall training season will begin on September 7th and conclude on November 21. During this period, my goal is to provide a structured and consistent training regimen to prepare athletes for the challenges and opportunities of the indoor track season.
New Scheduling/Payment System
I am thrilled to introduce a new lesson scheduling system designed to make booking your sessions easier and more flexible. The new system lets you view available slots, book lessons, and manage your schedule conveniently. I will also accept in person cash/check or venmo but wanted to make sure I have athletes booking online. Please contact me with any questions.
Types of Lessons Available This season:
Private Lessons: One-on-one sessions tailored to the specific needs and goals of the athlete.
Semi-Private Lessons: Small group sessions of 2-4 athletes allowing for personalized attention while also fostering a team environment.
Group Open Vault: Larger group sessions focusing on technique, form, and overall vaulting skills.
Importance of Training and Consistency
Consistent training is crucial to achieving peak performance during the indoor track season. Regular practice sessions not only improve physical abilities but also enhance mental focus and competitive readiness. I strongly encourage all Vault Athletics athletes to commit to their training schedules and make the most of the resources available.
