Chili Cook-Off Entry Form

Official Chili Cook-Off Rules:

Cook-Off Open to Youth & Adults
All Chili Must Be Prepared at Home & Brought to the Market in a Crockpot.
Each Participant Must Provide 1 LARGE Crockpot of the Chili of their Choice.
Each Participants Must Supply ALL Toppings and Sides that Go with Their Chili (Cheese, Sour Cream, Onions, Etc.) - The Market Will Provide Crackers to Taste Testers.
All Chili Entries Must Be Dropped Off at the Market on Saturday Morning 10/19/24 Between 9-10am. (13060 Factory Lane. Louisville, KY 40245)
Each Chili Entry Will Be Judged in Four Catagories - Taste, Consistenty, Aroma, & Color.
Each Chili Entry Will Be Assigned a Letter and Judging Will Be Accomplished By Blind Taste Testing.
The Market Manager Will Serve Sample Sizes to Shoppers. The Market Will Provide Syrofoam Cups & Spoons for the Taste Testers.
Taster Testers Will Then Score & Vote for Their Favorite Chili with a Survey Card.
The Chili Entry with the Highest Score Will Win This Year's Chili Cook-Off Trophy & Bragging Rights.
The Winner Will Be Announced Sunday October 20th on Our Social Media & Website (@eastendfm / www.eastendfm.com)
Each Participant Must Return to Pick Up Their Crockpot on Saturday Afternoon (10/19) Between 2-2:30pm.
