TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This is an Individual Membership. Valid only for the Member.
2. Any non-member who accompanies the member must pay Drop-In Fees of $12 per person for 2 hours open play.
3. Membership benefits:
- Free Drop-in sessions of 2 hours each on Weekdays from 8AM - 4PM and 10PM to Midnight
- Discounted Drop-in price of $9 during Prime hours and Weekends & Stat Holidays.
- 5% discount on Clinic, Lessons, Party Rentals, Special Events and In-House Tournaments.
- 5% discount on Smash Pro Shop
4. We strictly allow only Non Marking Shoes for Pickleball. It has to be mentioned Non Marking on the outer side. Failure to adhere may lead to being unable to play unless suitable footwear is rented at Smash Sports.Please ensure you bring your shoes and change them inside the club to prevent carrying debris that could harm the court surface.
5. Smash sports reserves the right to make any changes to memberships pricing and applicable rules at their own discretion.
6. This is a Limited time membership. Valid for the first 30 members only after which the membership will be sold at its regular price of $129+HST per person per month.
PAYMENT POLICIES
1. Your Membership will be confirmed only after the payment is completed and confirmed by Smash Sports.
2. Membership is non transferable. Only members can use it for Drop-ins and must be present to avail benefits.
3. No Refunds for the ongoing period.
4. All payments are subject to 13% HST.
