What you'll do
At Ubulu Africa, you'll collaborate on developing comprehensive proposals, ensuring budgets and resources align with our objectives. You'll design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to provide actionable insights, and conduct in-depth research to support our thought leadership in the digital innovation ecosystem. Your role will also involve creating clear, visually appealing documents that communicate key insights, evaluating and improving internal processes, analyzing data for strategic decision-making, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure alignment on key objectives.
Skills & requirements you should have
We're looking for a Business Analyst with proven experience in business analysis, with a strong background in developing proposals, frameworks, and conducting research. You should have excellent analytical skills for interpreting complex data and providing actionable insights. Experience in document design, including creating professional and visually appealing reports, is essential. You’ll need experience with monitoring and evaluation frameworks, strong communication skills, and proficiency in data analysis and project management tools. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid environment, along with a passion for innovation is key.
