AGREEMENT
Paul Midgley of Drum Runners agrees: To provide Interactive Music Workshops on the agreed date(s) for the agreed fee (includes all management fees, administration, insurances, travel and all other expenses). To arrive in time for the workshops. To be ready at the agreed time. To behave in a professional and appropriate manner at all times. To have in place at all times appropriate Public Liability insurances. The Booker agrees: To provide appropriate space/s and facilities for the workshop/s. To treat Drum Runner’s facilitators with professionalism and respect at all times. To allow enough time before start for access to set up equipment (normally allow for 45 minutes to 1 hour). Upon Invoice to pay Paul Midgley via BACS Payment an agreed fee in a timely manner (normally within 30 days of event) to avoid any late payment fees.
