We still require you to visit us in the Speaker’s Preparation Room (Room 112) as soon as you arrive onsite (preferably) but no later than 2 hours prior to your presentation session start time, even if you have submitted your file via this form. This is to ensure your presentation has been received, the formatting is correct, and any videos are checked. It also allows you to double-check that your presentation has been filed to the correct session you are presenting in. This generally takes a few minutes onsite.

Please bring a backup of your presentation on a USB with you.

We will not be accepting USB sticks in the session rooms. If there are any changes to your presentation once the conference has started, you must come see us in the Speakers' Preparation Room.
