Check-Ins
Check-ins run on a chosen day and will require both check in photo's (Front, Back and side profiles) scale weight (fasted on wake up) as well as some questions answered regarding intake over the week to provide me with as accurate representations of the progress made and the challenges faced so I can individualize the next steps in your journey. This is how check-ins are expected to look
Post Check-in
When pictures scale weight and questions have been answered, you will receive a loom recording via the in app messenger detailing any changes and updates regarding training, Nutrition and any comments on visuals which you can watch at your convenience. This feedback will always be provided on the day of the check-in and any questions or queries answered at any point!
