Deposit Request for Booking
To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of $250 to secure your desired date and time. This payment is due upon booking request. Once we receive your deposit, we will send you a confirmation email and the remainder of the reservation fee will be charged. The base minimum night stay is 3 nights.
Cancellation Policy
- 14 Days Before Check-in: 100% refund
- 7-14 Days Before Check-in: 50% refund
- Less Than 7 Days Before Check-in: No refund
House Rules
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Maximum overnight guests: 2
- Minimum age to rent: 18
- Children allowed: ages 0-17
- No events allowed
- No pets allowed
- Smoking is not permitted
Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Sales Tax and Fees
Please note that a 10% sales tax will be added to the total rental fee. This tax is required by our local jurisdiction. The tax will be itemized on your invoice.
The customer processing and cleaning fees combined are 13% at final checkout.
