    Welcome to The Hair Station's Digital Consultation Form! This form is designed to help us gather important details for both new and existing customers.

  • FORM INSTRUCTIONS

    NEW CUSTOMERS who do not yet have an appointment, the form assists in...

    • Determining the services you should book.
    • Which service provider is best suited for your needs. Please visit our team page for details on our stylist team. You can also read, Finding Your Perfect Hairstylist: A Guide To Success!
    • Provides a quote for the requested services. Please visit our menu for detailed menu and starting service prices. You can also view our individual team member pricing here, and log into our online booking page and choose your service, and service provider to get a rough quote.

    Appointment inquiries will receive a return email or a phone call within 48 hours of your request during our office business hours, Monday - Friday. All requests submitted on Saturday & Sunday will be responded to by Tuesday.

    Generally, new guests are able to be seen within 1-3 weeks of appointment submission request, but guests with limited availability, or choosing a stylist with high demand may have to wait up to 12 weeks to be seen

    This form allows you to share information that will help us create the best possible experience and ensure the proper service and timing is booked. If you already have an appointment scheduled, no need to do anything else unless we need to further consult with you.
