Custom Prom Dress Inquiry Form

Alterations Info: I am not currently offering alterations services on garments that I did not create.

Consultation
All custom projects begin with a $50 nonrefundable consultation retainer fee that goes toward the total cost of the garment. The consultation fee holds your appointment, during which we'll take measurements, discuss your vision, review fabrics and materials, and create a sketch of your design.

Payment Schedule
Prior to starting on your garment, a deposit of at least 30%-50% of the total cost is required. The remaining balance of the dress is due at the agreed upon pickup date.

Garment Creation Process
After agreeing on final design, several fitting appointments may be required before your final pickup date. On pickup date, please allow up to one hour for any final alterations / finishing touches. Design changes requested after final design agreement will be subject to additional charges and / or delayed pickup date at the discretion of Finest Stitch

Refund / Cancellation Process
Because this garment is custom made for you, I cannot accept returns or cancellations for any reason once the deposit has been made. I'm committed to making this a wonderful experience for you, so please contact me at any time with questions or concerns.

* Orders that are not placed at least one month in advanced may be subject to a rush fee ranging $100 - $150 extra

Please share any key details you want incorporated into your garment, such as sleeve length, train length, color or type of fabric, wanting to add rhinestones, etc. Be as specific as possible so that I can provide you with an accurate quote.

What size clothing do you typically wear? You can enter letter or number sizes, also include your bra size if it may be relevant to the style of garment you want made.
