    You MUST complete this form as a preliminary request to be approved to go on a field trip...even if you completed it in previous years.

     

    You only have to complete it one time this school year.

     

    Stop by Mrs. Donahue-Holley's office to get a permission slip after you've submitted the assessment.

     

    If you close the web browser before completing the form, your answers will not be saved, and you will be required to start over.

    defined: A Career Assessment is a tool that is designed to help individuals understand how a variety of personal attributes, impact their potential success and satisfaction with different career options and work environments.

  • CAREER PLANNING

    defined: A Career Plan is the process of planning career choices, establishing career objectives, and deciding on educational and developmental programs to improve the skills required to achieve career objectives.

  • PAID WORK EXPERIENCE

    defined: Paid Work experience is acquired through employment that you receive a payment for.

  • VOLUNTEER WORK EXPERIENCE

    defined: Volunteer Work Experience is any work that you've done voluntarily and without being paid.

  • WORK-BASED LEARNING EXPERIENCE

    defined: Work-based Learning experience is a program that provides students with real-life work experiences where they can apply academic and technical skills and develop their employability.

  • NON-TRADITIONAL CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

    defined: Non-traditional Careers are occupations that have been traditionally filled by one gender, for example women in automotive, electronics or welding careers, or men in education, nursing or cosmetology careers.
