CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: The registration fee is partially refundable (minus a $250 administration fee) if you cancel your registration 30 days before the course start date. Written cancellation requests can be submitted by email to CDE@lsuhsc.edu. Any cancellation after this deadline will result in forfeiture of your entire tuition. LSU Health New Orleans Continuing Dental Education (LSU CDE) reserves the right to cancel this course should circumstances warrant such action. We will issue a full refund of your registration fee. Cancellation of the meeting registration does not constitute a cancellation of your airline and hotel room. Please be sure to handle them separately.
