    Tết Vendor Booth Applications closes on Saturday, December 14th, 2024, at 11:59 PM ET.

    Event Information:

    Date: Sunday, January 19th, 2025
    Location: The Park Expo (Liberty Hall), 800 Briar Creek Rd, Charlotte, NC 28205
    Expected Attendees: 5,000+

    Setup Information:

    Date: Saturday, January 18th (all day). Only final checks are allowed on Sunday morning before doors open.

    If you have any questions about registration as a vendor for the 2025 Tết Festival (Lunar New Year Festival), please email the VAC Team at info@vietcharlotte.org. The Tết Festival's Vendors Committee will review all applications and applying does not guarantee acceptance into the event as a vendor.

  • Vendor Booth Details

    As a Tết vendor, each vendor will be provided with the following:

    • 1x 10 ft x 10 ft area
    • 2x 6-ft tables
    • 2x 8-ft plastic tablecloth
    • 4x chairs
    • 4x vendor admission passes ($60 value)

    Add-Ons (optional)

    • $150 - 1 Electrical Drop (2 outlets)
    • $25 - 2x additional 6-ft table, 4x additional chairs, 2x 8-ft plastic tablecloth
    • $40 - Wi-fi access for 1 device

    • Early Bird - $300/booth ($100 off!) from 10/01 - 10/31 [CLOSED]
    • Regular - $400/booth from 11/01 - 11/30

    • Disclaimer: Vendor booth fee must be paid within the timeframe to qualify

    Non-Profit Organizations 501c(3)s

    • Regular - $150/booth from 10/01-12/14
    • Disclaimer: Must be able to provide documentation and verify 501c(3) status

    • Booth 1 - Free
    • Additional booth(s) - $200/booth from 10/01 - 12/14
    • Disclaimer: Donations funds must be submitted by December 14th to qualify

    • Once your application is accepted, our team will email you an invoice from which you can pay online via PayPal or mail a check. Upon receiving and processing your payment, a receipt will be emailed to reflect your payment and confirm your booth reservation.

      Payment Deadlines

      • Early Bird - Thursday, October 31st, 2024

      • *VAC/MVC/MVNC - Donations funds must be submitted by Saturday, December 14th, 2024.
    • License, Insurance, and Compliance Statements 
      • The Vietnamese Association of Charlotte is not liable for any concessionaires’ goods or services. Each concessionaire is encouraged to obtain its own insurance coverage for the sale products.
      • Each business/organization acting as a concessionaire is responsible for and expected to comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding merchandise, and any applicable sales taxes. No political solicitation in any form allowed.
      • Each concessionaire serving/displaying products and services must comply with VAC policy.
      • I will not serve nor sell any alcoholic drinks as it violates VAC policy.
      • I will pay the vendor booth registration fee by the allotted time frame to qualify for the appropriate fee (early-bird, regular, late). If I am late, I will have to pay the appropriate vendor booth amount, regardless if I submitted the application earlier.
      • If I do not pay my vendor booth fee by the final deadline of December 14th, my vendor booth application is void and I will not be a vendor for Tet 2025.
      • If I do not provide a valid description of my business, I am okay with opting out of VAC marketing posts related to Tet 2025.
      • I will setup my vendor booth on Saturday, January 18th, 2025 between 7am-9pm. Failure to setup or drop off my supplies on Saturday will result in my table being removed from the floor.
      • I understand I will not be able to setup my booth on Sunday, January 19th, 2025. 
      • I will pickup my vendor admission passes on Saturday, January 18th, 2025 between 7am-9pm. Failure to pick up my passes will result in my table being removed from the floor.
      • I understand I will not be able to pickup my vendor admission passes on Sunday, January 19th, 2025. 
      • If I add-on a Wi-FI access, I agree I will not share my access code with other(s) or device(s) based on the number I purchased. If I share with more devices than what I purchased, my wi-fi access code will be blocked (by the venue) if used on any additional device.
      • I understand all my equipment and setup needed for my booth must fit within my designated booth area (1 booth - 10' x 10' ; 2 booths - 10' x 20', etc.) This includes, but not limited to photo-ops/booths, storage, merchandise, banners, etc.
