Food Vendor Application

    This form is for commercial partners. Our events focus on the arts, but we do include some commercial partners who can benefit from our high income customers without changing the nature of our events.

  • Schedule: No fee is due with this application. 50% is due when you sign a contract.  The balance is due 30 days prior to each show.  

    Electricity is only available with additional fees and advance arrangements. Ask about using your own quiet generator (under 75 dB).  Advance approval is needed. Noisy generators will be shut down with no refund.    We suggest that you look into battery packs. They may be able to meet your needs and save you money. 

    Fees: Fees vary by the show and by your needs. They will be shown as you indicate interest for each event.

    Electricity is only available with additional fees and advance arrangements. You are free to use your own SILENT generators (72dB).  Rechargeable batteries are a great option for a small pump, television or LED lights.  Look for one with more than 1000Wh (Watt hours).  Those should last 10 or more hours with a 100 watts. You can find these for under $500 on sale.

    Noisy generators will be shut down with no refund.
