Health Care Candidate Forum Registration 

We are excited to invite you to the Health Care Candidate Forum will you will have the opportunity to engage directly with the candidates running for Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors Districts 2 and 5. This forum aims to foster an open dialogue about the future of healthcare in our community, giving you a chance to hear the candidates' perspectives and ask questions that matter to you. Please complete the registration form below to confirm your attendance. We also encourage you to submit any questions or topics you would like addressed during the forum.
