MACD Area 1 Meeting Refund/Substitution/Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellations, substitutions and/or requests for refund must be submitted in writing to rccd17@gmail.com before 9/20/2024 in order to receive a full refund. Refunds of registration fees after 9/20/2024 will not be issued except in extenuating circumstances that are clearly beyond the control of the registrants, such as airport or road closures for weather or family emergencies. In this case a written request must be provided. All approved refunds will be processed within six to eight weeks after the meeting. For questions regarding your refund, please contact the RCCD at rccd17@gmail.com.
Returned checks are subject to a $50 administrative fee.
