If, for any reason after booking your ad, you decide that you must cancel the ad, the cancellation policy below will apply:

Full Refund: If an ad is canceled within (14) days of the published closing date, client can opt to keep the total value of the ad as a credit towards their next ad (good for (1) year) OR client may receive a 90% refund of the paid value of the ad. (A 10% customer service fee applies.)

Credit to Account: Any cancellation that is made up to (13) days prior to the published closing date will be credited to the advertiser's account for use on any future advertisement (good for (1) year).

Designed Ads: Any canceled ad which has already been designed will incur a $100.00 fee per page and the total will be deducted from the amount paid.
