VENDOR RULES
Vendor application/payment MUST be submitted & approved at least 30 days prior to event.
SETUP TIME: 8AM Vendors may begin setup as early as 7am.
READY BY: 9:30AM Vendors should be setup and ready to go by 9:30am. Attendees arrive early.
BREAKDOWN: 3PM Vendors may not disassemble booths before 3pm unless otherwise specified and approved by Pup Festival.
Subleasing of space is NOT permitted. All sales & demonstrations must take place within the rental booth area. Sharing of Booth Spaces is NOT permitted.
You may NOT sell human food, beverage or alcohol unless specified and approved by Pup Festival.
Tables, chairs and tents will NOT be provided by Pup Festival. You are responsible for bringing everything you need for your booth.
Running water is available but there are NO ELECTRICAL OUTLETS. You may bring your own generator if needed. Inform us of any special electrical needs prior to the event. There is no WIFI at this location.
Cleanliness and Appearance of this event: Vendors must remove all garbage bags, boxes, and refuse. Garbage bins will be available at the venue. All vendors are responsible for cleaning up their stall area. Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.
Due to "High Street" venue regulations, firearms are not allowed. No selling of firearms or any kind of weapon is allowed.
Vendors must meet all health & fire regulations.
In the event of an emergency, call the event organizer at (310) 801-6243. For any unforeseen circumstances that happen during the event, please see the event manager.
Vendors obtain the right to use the assigned stall(s) and are responsible to either use the space or provide advanced notice of cancellation. Please advise event management of any changes with 30 days notice in writing.
No refunds will be issued for non-usage of space or cancellation of contract.
Rain or shine, Pup Festival will commence. There will be no refunds provided for unpredictable weather.
Pup Festival LLC and/or their affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, loss, stolen or damaged merchandise or any injury incurred during the event.
Rules and regulations/criteria are subject to change without notice.
Event organizers reserve the right to deny applications due to ethics, sponsorship conflicts and/or industry oversaturation. If paid in advance, a full refund will be issued upon review.
PUP FESTIVAL LLC WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH EVENT RULES AND REGULATIONS: NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN WHEN AN INFRACTION HAS OCCURRED. All decisions made by Pup Festival LLC and all event managers are final.
NOTE: PUP FESTIVAL LLC AND THE EVENT MANAGERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, INTERPRET, AND ENFORCE THESE POLICIES AND GUIDELINES AS DEEMED NECESSARY TO MAINTAIN CONSISTENCY AND INDIVIDUALITY OF THE EVENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL SERVED BY THE EVENT.
VENDOR FEES MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO THE EVENT. All fees are non-refundable.
