• Location: Bella Art and Frame, 251 Front Street, Suite 11, Monument CO 80132
• Entry Deadline: Sunday, October 19th
• Art Drop Off: Saturday, Nov 1 st , 10AM-Noon
• Artist Reception: Friday, November 7th, 6-8 Opening Reception
• Art Show Duration: Throughout November and December
• Art Pick Up: TBD (This will occur approx. 1-2 weeks after the New Year)
Art Show Information
• Sales and Commission: Bella will handle sales and will take their commission
(20%) and send the rest of the price (80%) to the artist approximately 3 weeks after
the show closes.
• Disclaimer: Bella Art and Frame and Palmer Lake Art Group are not
responsible for damages to an entry. Responsibility for insurance resides with the
artist.

Art Entry Information
• Members Entry Fee: $15 for 1st entry, $10 each for up to 2 additional entries.
• New 2025 Member Welcome: 50% discount for the total of 1-3 entries. Use code sent.
• Entries Accepted: If you only have two entries, then both will be entered into the
show. In the event that there is not enough space, your third entry will be juried out.
• Entry forms are final, and no changes may be made after the form is submitted.
• Limitations: All entries MUST BE ORIGINALS that have NOT BEEN EXHIBITED AT
ANY SHOW at Bella Art and Frame in the last two years. All entries MUST BE FOR SALE.
• Size: 2D entries [gallery wall]: Size must be equal to or less than 154 square inches
including frame. This is equal to an 11”x14” INCLUDING FRAME.
• Hanging & Framing: All entries MUST BE WIRED FOR HANGING. NO
SAWTOOTH HANGERS ACCEPTED. All art MUST BE FRAMED OR GALLERY
WRAPPED (1” min. depth wrap).
