Hood exhaust system is professionally tested semi-annually. Every 3 months for wok or charbroiling. Every month for solid fuel.
My fuel gas system is tested or replaced every 5-12 years.
No appliances are connected to fuel gas systems without a current satisfactory fuel gas inspection.
