GSA Event Rental Terms and Conditions

Event Rental Services is a paid service of Gameday Sports Academy (GSA). Fees are comprised of facility rental, equipment rental, and any additional services required for your event. GSA will issue an estimate of these fees within three (3) business days of receiving this request. GSA requires at least ten (10) business days' notice for all event requests; requests received within ten (10) business days of the event date may not be fulfilled, and additional fees may apply. Events must be canceled at least ten (10) business days in advance to avoid cancellation fees, except in cases of cancellations due to weather conditions or unforeseen emergencies.

Submission of this form indicates agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
