BR Golden Chico (classified 80% elite status) Available Frozen only. This contract is made by and between Pied Piper Pony Stud ('Stud Farm") and Owner") being the person responsible for the Mare - whether owned or leased.

NOTE: The Mare Owner may not substitute another mare for breeding without prior consent of Pied Piper Pony Stud.

The Mare Owner agrees to pay Pied Piper Pony Stud Farm the following fees: $800 including GST to be paid for at least two weeks BEFORE you require the semen. So, we can confirm your mares booking into BR Golden Chico studbook. Each dose is a maximum of 8 straws.

As we are accepting limited bookings to confirm your booking for this season a booking fee of $200 is payable.

The Handling and delivery of semen e.g.: flight costs courier is extra. However, if the mare fails to conceive on the first insemination for any additional doses of semen the mare owner will be charged a Fee of $400 including GST, which needs to be paid to Pied Piper Pony stud before you collect or require semen to be sent. We need to know at least a few days before you require this dose. Plus, there will be additional costs and delivery charges for each subsequent cycle/ insemination the Mare is bred on. A maximum of 3 doses per mare available

Upon receipt of the Service Fee, we will confirm a reservation in BR Golden Chico Stud book.

The semen is stalled with Tararua Breeding Centre. We require 4 day's notice.

Costs are: Despatching $65 $7 per litre of dry ice, we usually use a dry shipper so around 5 to 10 Litres

Freight at cost, around $75 North Island, $150 South Island. If tank kept for more then 10 days hireage fee of $35 per week.

For each service fee 8 straws will be provided.

If the Mare becomes un-breed able for any reason the Mare Owner may swap the dose to another mare after gaining the permission of the Pied Piper Pony Stud, but no refunds will be given.

The Mare Owner herby releases Pied Piper Pony Stud from any responsibility or liability for any disease, injury or accident to the mare or resulting.

9. ISSUE OF BREEDING CERTIFICATE:

Only one Breeding Certificate will be issued for this contract. This will pertain to the Mare describe in the contract.

Pied Piper Pony Stud will not be liable for any costs associated with lost or delayed semen or of the mare owners vet fees.
