Thank you for your interest in joining our night market community! Below you’ll find all the key details and requirements for becoming a vendor.

 

Event Details: 

• Days of Participation: Every Tuesday and Wednesday
• Market Hours: 5:00PM   to 10:30PM
• Location: 6427 Lankershim Blvd North Hollywood, CA 91606
• Setup Hours: 3:00PM 

Booth Details:

• Food Booth 10x10: $100 per day
• Food Booth 10x20: $180 per day
• Merchandise 10x10 : $80  per day

Note: At this time, we are not accepting food trucks due to space limitations. Only tent-style booth setups (10x10 or 10x20) are permitted.

 

Food Vendor Requirements: You will be required to apply for a Temporary Food Facility (TFF) permit, which is valid for 3 months. The TFF fee varies based on your operation type:

$184 for on-site food preparation

$116 for pre-packaged food vendors (Must provide Shared Kitchen Agreement)

 
You’ll need to bring your own setup, generator, lighting, and cooking equipment.

Please note that any costs associated with the permits will be the responsibility of the vendor.

We will assist you with filling out the TFF application to help make the process easier for both of us.

 

• Merchandise Vendor Requirements: No permits required. Simply bring your own generators, lights and display setup equipment.

 

Set up and Cleanup: Vendors are responsible for setting up their booth before the market starts and cleaning up their area at the end of the night.

To help us maintain a clean and respectful environment, please sweep your space and leave the area spotless before leaving. If you need a broom or dustpan, we can provide them on-site at the end of the night.

Keeping the property clean helps us maintain a good relationship with the property owner and ensures the continued success of the night market.

 

Waste Management: Vendors are responsible for managing and properly disposing of their own waste.

All vendors must take their trash with them after the event and dispose of it off-site. Our on-site trash bins are reserved for customer use only and cannot be used for vendor waste.

Equipment and Power Supply: Vendors are required to provide their own generators and ensure they have all the necessary equipment to operate on the property.

This includes adequate equipment lighting to keep your booth well-lit and visually appealing — all vendors are expected to have proper lighting to help their space stand out and maintain a vibrant night market atmosphere.

 

• Payment Options : Payments can be made via Zelle, Apple Pay, or Cash.

   

  Payment Policy:

  All payments must be made in advance before the week begins to secure your spot. Preferred payment deadline is Sunday. Your payment guarantees your space at the market. If payment is not received by the deadline, your spot is not secured and may be given to another vendor. Once payment is made, it is considered a commitment. We do not offer refunds or credits for vendor cancellations or no-shows. However, if the Los Feliz Night Market cancels for any reason on a scheduled market day, we will credit or refund the missed day(s) to apply toward a future date.
  This policy ensures your spot is held and simplifies scheduling for all vendors.

 

• Confirmation: Once your application has been submitted and reviewed, you will receive a confirmation text stating that your application has been approved.

  Upon approval, we will also send you additional event details, including your vendor dates, setup instructions, arrival time, and assigned space.
