In accordance with the Public Health Act 2010 and the Public Health Regulation 2022:
The occupier of premises where skin penetration procedures are carried out must notify local Council before performing any skin penetration procedures at the premises. Council must be notified within 7 days of any change of particulars. Council is required to keep a register of premises in the Local Government Authority's Area at which skin penetration procedures are carried out. This register must be made available for inspection by NSW Health.
