If my request for adoption is approved and later discovered that the above information is not true or correct, Pawsitive Future reserves the right to remove the adopted animal from my home. I give Pawsitive Future my consent to speak to my vet and landlord. I agree to contact Pawsitive Future if I need to give this pet(s) up. I will not give this pet to another rescue, humane society, or other individual without approval from Pawsitive Future. I understand that this pet(s) may have health or medical issues not noted by a veterinarian and will not hold Pawsitive Future and/or any of their rescue contacts liable.
