This holiday season, help bring Christmas magic to the children of Polk County through our “Letters from Santa” program. Each personalized letter, delivered to a child’s mailbox, includes fun surprises like stickers, temporary tattoos, and a 4x6 inch “Santa’s Official Nice List” certificate.

Join us as a sponsor and spread joy while promoting your brand to local families. Our goal is to send 3,000 letters this December, with hopes of reaching even more children in the future.

We are passionate about helping small businesses within our community. That is why we are offering sponsorship package that are perfect for smaller businesses looking to make a big impact. Together we can make a positive influence in our community.
Sponsor Packages

Presenting Sponsor Package – $1,000
Limited to Four Sponsors
- Premium Visibility: Your logo will be prominently featured on the Letters from Santa sign-up website page.
- Dedicated Social Media Post: Gain exposure with a dedicated post on the Facebook showcasing your support to our large community.
- Marketing Materials: Your logo will appear on all marketing materials, ensuring maximum brand visibility.
- Email Blast Recognition: Once the letters are mailed, an email blast will be sent to all registrants, thanking our Sponsors for their generosity. Presenting Sponsors will have their logo, social media pages & website linked in the email blast.
Signature Sponsor Package – $500

Community Partner - prices vary starting at $35
- Website Acknowledgment: Your business name will be listed on the sign-up website page, underneath Presenting & Signature Sponsors.
