Please fill out the form for your winter practice reimbursement. This is ONLY if you are scheduling your own practices outside of GABL time. You will not be scheduled through GABL for practices. You can be reimbursed up to $25 per player on your roster. If you cannot get your permit to upload, please email a copy to info@gabl.net. We need to have a copy of your permit on file.
