Application Deadline: February 15 and September 15 Annually
A group may receive funding of up to $1,000, depending on the number of participants, other partnerships, and the scope of the project. An eligible club may receive a Community Partnership grant only once every three years.
The written proposal must include the:
- Objective
- Breakdown of how the purpose will be accomplished.
- Budget which includes all funding from other sources.
- Letters of secondary groups involved.
- Group information such as years in operation, whether or not incorporated, number of participants, other partnerships, etc.
Approved groups will receive 75% of funding up front, with the remaining 25% coming after completion of a follow-up report. Further details will be provided along with your letter of approval.
