At eXit SPACE, we are strongly committed to making dance opportunities accessible to as many students as possible, including students in varying socio-economic circumstances. Financial aid scholarships, BIPOC scholarships, payment plans, work-study options, and used dance shoes are available to dancers each season to ease the financial burden and enable as many artists as possible to access dance in community with us.

Scholarship options

BIPOC Scholarship

Open to all dancers of the global majority, this scholarship is intended to increase equity and diversify dance classrooms. Dancers who apply for this scholarship access programming at the following reduced rates: $11 drop-ins, $85 Basic Series tuition (9 weeks), $50 Basic Mini-Series tuition (5 weeks), etc.

Financial Aid Scholarship

This need-based scholarship is intended for dancers experiencing financial challenges and whose access to dance education would otherwise be limited. Dancers who apply for the Financial Aid Scholarship may access programming at the following reduced rates: $11 drop-ins, $85 Basic Series tuition (9 weeks), $50 Basic Mini-Series tuition (5 weeks), etc.

Payment plans

Payment plans allow dancers to pay for course tuition in two, three, or four installments over a period of time, rather than upfront. This option requires dancers to have a credit card on file for auto-charging on pre-determined dates, and have completed all payments before the end of the course or rehearsal process.
