Exploration Place/Death by Chocolate will provide:
Vendors will be recognized on Exploration Place's social media platforms and website and in email communications.
Carts and dollies will be available at the loading dock/service entrance for Vendor use during load-in/load-out.
A single 96-inch-long table with tablecloth. If you would like to have a special setup, you must contact us and receive approval prior to sending in this form.
A single electrical outlet as described above, only if requested in this agreement.
An in-kind tax-deductible receipt for all items donated by the Vendor the night of the event will be e-mailed after the fundraiser. All items provided for Death by Chocolate will be considered a tax-deductible donation.
Vendor agrees to and will adhere to the following:
Provide enough samplings to satisfy the event’s estimated 1,000 guests or a minimum of 1,000 pieces.
Masking tape is the only approved tape to be used. Any damage caused by decorations/equipment is the sole responsibility of the Vendor.
Vendors will be permitted to begin set up no earlier than 1:00 p.m. and all supplies must be at your station by 5:00 p.m. All set up must be completed no later than 5:00 p.m. on the day of the event. All items must be loaded in through Exploration Place’s loading dock/service entrance located at the north end of the parking lot. Vehicles at this entrance must have an attendant at all times to ensure this entrance is never blocked by an unattended vehicle.
No more than 3 booth attendants are permitted between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. Additional Vendor staff can be present for load-in and load-out but must leave by 5 p.m. and may return after 10 p.m.
I/we agree to participate in Exploration Place’s 19th annual Death by Chocolate fundraiser as a Vendor. I/we have read and agree to the terms of the preceding Vendor Sponsorship Agreement. I/we agree not to hold Exploration Place or their representatives liable for loss, damage or injury that occurs before, during or after Death by Chocolate.
I/we further agree that all items brought onto Exploration Place’s property are subject to inspection by staff or planning committee members. Vendors who fail to comply with the agreement risk disqualification from the judging process and/or having their booth adjusted at the discretion of the staff or planning committee.
