Payment:
Troop programs are not guaranteed until fully paid. Payments must be made in full a minimum of two weeks in advance. A link will be sent to you to pay once your date is confirmed.
Cancellations:
Troops can cancel their program by contacting Customer Care or replying to their confirmation email at any time. See the date cutoffs below for refund eligibility.
• Up to two weeks prior to the reservation date: Reschedule or refund of 50%
• Within two weeks of the reservation date: Reschedule only, no refund.
Weather:
A staff member will connect with the troop leader 24 hours in advance to discuss and reschedule if it looks like the weather may impact the program.
