GSGWM Virtual Troop Program Request

We are excited to begin offering virtual programs to fit with your troop's schedule! Please fill out the information below to request a GSGWM employee to run a virtual program for your troop members. Requests must be submitted at least 4 weeks in advance. An employee from GSGWM will reach out to you within 5 business days to schedule and confirm your booking. Times entered below are not guaranteed to be available. If you would like to book multiple activities, please fill out the form for each one individually.

Daisy/Brownie Safety Award Pin - $130 - 1.5 hours - Recommended for Daisies and Brownies - Daisies and Brownies, find out how you and your friends can stay safe on your adventures! Payment:
Troop programs are not guaranteed until fully paid. Payments must be made in full a minimum of two weeks in advance. A link will be sent to you to pay once your date is confirmed.

Cancellations:
Troops can cancel their program by contacting Customer Care or replying to their confirmation email at any time. See the date cutoffs below for refund eligibility.

• Up to two weeks prior to the reservation date: Reschedule or refund of 50%

• Within two weeks of the reservation date: Reschedule only, no refund.

Weather:

A staff member will connect with the troop leader 24 hours in advance to discuss and reschedule if it looks like the weather may impact the program.
