    Short-Term Lodging Request

    For visitors attending special events, conferences, workshops, and personal retreats

  • Available Lodging: dormitory-style and furnished apartments. Linens and towels are included with each.

    Apartments are equipped with a self-sufficient kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining area. There are 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom options. Note: Non-family members sharing an apartment will be charged at the shared apartment rate. 

    Dormitory rooms have a private bedroom, and some include a private sitting room. The restrooms and kitchen are communal.

    Rates as of July 1, 2026:

    • Dorm-style or shared apartment: $89/night
    • 1-bedroom apartment: $135/night
    • 2-bedroom apartment: $155/night
    • 3-bedroom apartment: $175/night

    Members of Floreat Nashotah are eligible for a 10% discount on the standard lodging rates listed above.

  • For shared apartments with separate billing, please submit separate lodging request forms utilizing the Roommate field. 

    All guests, including children, must be registered. Failure to register a guest may result in additional fees, up to $89 per night per additional person. Willful disregard of this policy may lead to revocation of permission to stay on campus.

  • Housing Refund Policy

    Housing Fees are refundable upon request until two weeks before the first day of the scheduled occupancy. In the event of extreme medical or family circumstances, individuals may petition for an exception. Please contact housing@nashotah.edu with any questions.
