Booking process and deposit info：

We will do consultations through emails, and after I get all the info ,I will provide you a quote and available dates.

*A NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT will be required in order to book the appointment and will be arranged via email. The deposit is one hour rate which is ($280+tax=$316.4)

*One time reschedule is allowed with at least 72 hours notice in advance.
*No show will forfeit the deposit.
*Being late for your scheduled appointment may result in losing your deposit.
*The deposit is for the design you ask for, and the time we reserve according to it , it will betaken and require a new one if you have a change of mind, (concept ,placement, size ..)
*For custom pieces, the designsare shown 3 days before the appointment . You can make reasonable edits.
