The Rantoul Area Chamber of Commerce recognizes everyday citizens, educators and businesses who have taken the initiative to be forward leading in how they improve the quality of service delivered in their prospective professional industries and have actively participated in cultivating a positive and supportive community. Their performance inspires and exemplifies the best of what the Rantoul Business & Community has to offer.

Thank you for taking the time to nominate businesses and community leaders for our 2024 awards.

- New Business of the Year (newly opened business within the past year)
- Business of the Year (Existing RACC business)
- Minority Business of the Year (Existing RACC minority owned business)
- Citizen of the Year (An outstanding citizen who has spent most of their life in Rantoul)
- Educator of the Year (Educational professional with over 5 years of industry experience)
- Rookie Educator of the Year (Educational professional with less than five years of experience)
- Young Professional of the Year (A young professional leader under 40 yrs. old making an impact)

This individual has demonstrated a high commitment over 10 years of experience in the education world. They have demonstrated a passion to bring creativity to the educational environment and commitment to supporting the overall learning environment for the success of all students..
Young Professional of the Year

(A young professional leader under 40 yrs. old making an impact)
This award recognizes a young professional with less than 5 years of experience that has already created a positive impact in their professional community. This individual takes initiative and shows dedication, support and commitment that makes not only their organization but our community better.
Marv Remmers Volunteer of the Year
This award recognizes an individual who consistently goes above and beyond to be there for the community. Their hours of commitment to the community are countless, their dedication to helping others is inspiring. They simple serve to serve.
