I- Check-in/Check-out
- Check-in Time: 2PM
- Check-out Time: 10AM
Early check-in and check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
II-PAYMENT
- Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required to secure your reservation.
- Balance
The remaining balance must be paid 2 days prior to your scheduled check-in date.
- Additional Charges
Any extra charges incurred during your stay, such as for additional guests, will be settled upon check-out.
III-RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- Reservation Fee Refund Policy
The reservation fee is non-refundable after a period of one (1) week from the date of payment.
- Cancellation Policy
In the event of a booking cancellation, a cancellation fee equivalent to twenty-five percent (25%) of the total booking amount will be charged.
- Damages
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the Resort property or its facilities during their stay. The Resort reserves the right to charge for any damages incurred.
- Occupancy
The maximum occupancy is 20 guests. Additional guests may incur extra charges.
- Pets
Pets are not allowed on the Resort premises unless otherwise specified and agreed upon in advance.
- Smoking Policy
The Resort is a smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available on the premises.
- Amenities
Guests are encouraged to enjoy the Resort amenities responsibly. Any loss, misuse, or damage to amenities may result in additional charges or restrictions.
- Liability
The Resort shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the stay, including but not limited to personal injury, theft, or loss of personal belongings.
