Eligibility:

Open to Nebraska residents only through September 1
Non-Nebraska residents can complete the Guest Lifter Request and will be notified in order starting September 2.

Entry is open to all as of 9/2/2025

Entry deadline is December 20, 2025.

Meet is capped at 120 lifters.

Must be an active member of USA Powerlifting.
All registered lifters are subject to drug testing.

Memberships purchased after November 1, 2025, will be good until December 31, 2026.

Uniforms:

One-piece lifting suits (singlet) are mandatory for all contestants! ALL equipment must conform to USAPL standards.

Women
- 44 kg, 48 kg, 52 kg, 56 kg, 60 kg, 65 kg, 70 kg, 75 kg, 82.5 kg, 90 kg, 100 kg, 100 kg+
Men
- 52 kg, 56 kg, 60 kg, 67.5 kg, 75 kg, 82.5 kg, 90 kg, 100 kg, 110 kg, 125 kg, 140kg, 140 kg+
Youth Additional Weight Classes
- Boys - 30kg, 35kg, 40kg, 44kg, 48kg
- Girls - 30kg, 35kg

Awards:

1st – 3rd in each weight class

Best Male and Female lifter awards will also be awarded based on DOTS points. Best lifter awards will be open all lifters.

Meet is limited to the first 120 entries

Spectators - $10 entry

All sales are final. Entries made after December 20, 2025 will be charged a $25 late fee. No entries will be taken after January 4, 2026.

There will not be a waitlist.

For Team Competition, teams must be registered clubs with USA Powerlifting and the President/Coach must be a Nebraska resident.
