  • We Rock Camp Terms
    Please read this essential information before proceeding with your registration.

    1. Registration Fee: All Camp registration applications have a $60 registration fee. This fee is non-refundable and covers the administration cost associated with processing your registration. This is only ever paid once, and you will receive a return camper code for any further sign-ups. 

    2. Payment Terms: We require a credit card on file to process camp payments automatically. Debit cards are not permitted.
      If you want to pay by check or cash, you must pay for the total amount of the selected camp and drop or mail the check off at least 7 days before your child's first day of camp.

    3. Card Fees: A Service fee of 2.2% will be added to all card transactions to cover a portion of the costs associated with using a card. To avoid this fee, you are welcome to pay by check or cash.

    4. AutoPay: Camp card payments are processed as follows:
      1. All payments are charged each Friday before the next camp week begins, regardless of the days your child attends.
      2. If your payment fails, we must receive payment by Sunday of the week before. If you make a payment at any Drop off or pick up, a $15 late fee will be charged with the payment. It is your responsibility to keep your card details accurate and sufficient funds to cover the cost of camp. 

    5. Age Out: For 2024 camp age out is 10 years and 1 day old. If your child is 10 years old or older, please do not fill out this form and email us to discuss an exception - info@werockthespectrumcary.com

    6. Refunds/Credits: No refunds or credits are provided for missed days during camp other than if We Rock has to close the gym due to unforeseen circumstances.
      We are still required to pay our specialized staff even if your child does not attend and the spot remains held by your child.

    7. Missed or Sick Days: Make-up days are allowed only in the same week and only if approved by the camp director based on camper levels and staffing availability and cannot be guaranteed. If you bring your child on a day they are not scheduled, without approval they will be turned away. No Refunds or Credits are provided for sick or missed day.

    8. Pricing: Only Full Weeks selected are eligible for the Full Week price. Multiple combined single days over multiple weeks do not qualify, and the daily rate will always apply.
      This is due to the difficulty it causes us to cover the gaps left by children not attending a full week. We provide this as a courtesy to parents needing flexibility, and it is not offered by other camps in the area.

      Full Week: $400
      Daily Rate: $90 per day

    9. Minimums: A Minimum of 2 days is required across any camp period for consideration of enrollment. Applications with less than 2 days will be rejected.

    10. Late Pickup Fee: A late pickup fee of $15 for every 10 minutes beyond your childs pickup time will automatically be assessed and billed to your card on file. Late pickups require staff to stay beyond their assigned time, delay cleaning and preparation for re-opening at 2pm.

    11. Aftercare: Aftercare can be requested and will be approved on a case by case basis but cannot be garunteed. It will be based on staff avaiability for the days requested. Please select your interest in Aftercare and we will send you a separate form for aftercare.
      Aftercare is priced at $60 per day and is 1on1 due to gym being open to the public. Discounts for multiple sessions.

    12. Cancellation Policy: Track Out / Teacher Workday / Holidays Cancellations will only be accepted if the School system uses a banked weather day and cancels a planned off day. Cancellations made for any other reason are not permitted and you will owe the full amount of your child's scheduled days/weeks regardless of their attendance.
      We will follow a 30/60/90 day late process for unpaid invoices sent to your registration email address and if not paid after 90 days, you will be sent to collections. Our specialized staff members scheduling is based on your child's commitment to camp, which is why we must impose this policy.  This is standard camp policy for camps in North Carolina.

    13. Drop Off & Pickup: Camp hours are 9am-1pm. The doors will be locked until 9am when camp starts. Staff need this time before camp starts to prepare for the day.
      The pick-up time is between 1pm - 1:10pm when camp ends.
      If you are running late and expect to arrive past 1pm, call the gym phone to make the staff aware.
      For every 10 minutes past 1pm, there will be a $15 late fee.

     

    This form can be saved while being filled out at any point. You can come back to the form and finish it at your convenience.

  • Our Aftercare program runs from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM daily.

    Aftercare is provided on a 1-on-1 basis, as the gym remains open to the public during this time. To ensure the safety and personalized care of your child, one of our camp staff members will be assigned to them for the duration of the aftercare period.

    Due to this 1-on-1 staffing requirement, Aftercare is billed at $60 per day(Session). This rate primarily covers employee costs, taxes, and fees, and is offered as a convenience for families requiring a later pickup.

    Discounted Session Rates:

    5 session Pack – $250 ($50 Discount)
    4 session Pack – $215 ($25 Discount)
    3 session Pack – $165 ($15 Discount)
    1 session Only  – $60 Per Day (No Discount)

    Session Packs can be used accross the the non-summer period to take advantage of the discounts. We will send you session options based on your total Aftercare requirement.

  • Emergency Contacts/Authorized Pickup

    In a single parent/guardian household the primary person cannot be listed as the emergency contact. The second parent/guardian may be listed, however it is our preference to list someone not in the household. List the name of at least one person who can be contacted in the event of an emergency or illness if you cannot be reached. Any person listed should be able to assist in contacting you. At least one person listed must be within one hour of the center/home, able to take responsibility for the child in case the parent/guardian cannot be contacted and should be at least 18 years of age. The first emergency contact must live no more than 1 hour away and be over the age of 18.

    This will be sent you once your regirstation has been accecpted and the camp agreement form has been signed.

    Unpaid invoices will follow a 30/60/90 day process and will be sent to the registration email address on file. If payment is not received after 90 days, the account will be sent to collections. Because our specialized staff scheduling is based on your child’s camp commitment, we must enforce this policy. This is a standard camp policy across North Carolina.

    If we are able to find another family/child to take your cancelled spot, we will issue a credit for a future day. Please note this is a courtesy and is never guaranteed.

    I understand and agree that by registering my child for Track Out / Teacher Workday / Holiday Camp at We Rock The Spectrum - Cary, I am entering into a binding contract with Inclusion for All LLC.

    • I acknowledge that all scheduled camp days/weeks are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the event that the school system cancels a planned day off using a banked weather day.
    • I agree that I am financially responsible for the full amount of my child’s scheduled camp days/weeks, regardless of my child’s actual attendance.
    • I understand that unpaid invoices will be sent to the registration email address provided and are subject to a 30/60/90 day late process. If payment is not received within 90 days, I acknowledge that my account may be referred to a third-party collections agency.
    • I understand that staffing and programming are planned based on my commitment to camp, and therefore, cancellations cannot be refunded.
    • I further understand that if We Rock The Spectrum is able, as a courtesy, to fill my child’s cancelled spot with another camper, a credit may be issued toward a future camp day. This credit is not guaranteed.
