We Rock Camp Terms
Please read this essential information before proceeding with your registration.
1. Registration Fee: All Camp registration applications have a $50 registration fee. This fee is non-refundable but will be used toward your first camp payment.
2. Payment Terms: We require a credit card on file to process camp payments automatically. If you want to pay by check, you must pay for the total amount of the selected camp and drop or mail the check off at least 7 days before your child's first day of camp.
3. AutoPay: Camp card payments are processed as follows:
  1. First payment minus your registration fee seven (7) days before your child's first day at camp
  2. All remaining payments are charged each Friday before the next camp week begins, regardless of the days your child attends.
4. Age Out: For 2024 camp age out is 10 years old. If your child is 10 years old or older, please do not fill out this form and email us to discuss an exception - info@werockthespectrumcary.com
5. Refunds/Credits: No refunds or credits are provided for missed days during camp other than if We Rock has to close the gym due to unforeseen circumstances. Make-up days are allowed only in the same week and only if approved by the camp director based on camper levels and staffing availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  Please remember that we are still required to pay our specialized staff even if your child does not attend. Weather related closures do not apply for refunds.
6. Pricing: Only Full Weeks selected are eligible for the Full Week price. Multiple combined single days over multiple weeks do not qualify, and the daily rate will always apply. This is due to the difficulty it causes us to cover the gaps left by children not attending a full week. We provide this as a courtesy to parents needing flexibility, and it is not offered by other camps in the area.
  Full Week: $350
  Daily Rate: $80 per day
7. Minimums: A Minimum of 2 days is required across any camp period for consideration of enrollment. Applications with less than 2 days will be rejected.
8. Aftercare: We will not be offering aftercare in 2024/2025
9. Cancellation Policy: 5 days prior to the start of camp the following cancellation policy applies. 50% of the cost of any reduced days or weeks unless We Rock is able to replace your childs spot with another child. After the start of any Camp period (Not your child's start date) cancellations will no longer be processed and you will owe the full amount of your childs scheduled days/weeks regradless of their attendance. Our specialized staff members scheduling is based on your childs commitment to camp, which is why we must impose this policy.

In a single parent/guardian household the primary person cannot be listed as the emergency contact. The second parent/guardian may be listed, however it is our preference to list someone not in the household. List the name of at least one person who can be contacted in the event of an emergency or illness if you cannot be reached. Any person listed should be able to assist in contacting you. At least one person listed must be within one hour of the center/home, able to take responsibility for the child in case the parent/guardian cannot be contacted and should be at least 18 years of age. The first emergency contact must live no more than 1 hour away and be over the age of 18.
