TRIP INFORMATION
Date: Sunday, September 22nd, 2024. Meet at 8:30am at DoubleTree parking lot, form carpools and leave by 9am. Return by 5pm.

Fee: $15/member
Limit: 5 drivers w/high clearance, 4WD vehicles / 15 riders
Waiting List: After the participant limit is reached, people trying to register will get a message that the form is unavailable, and to fill in the waiting list form. Waitlisted people will be contacted as cancellations occur. They have 24 hours to register or the slot is offered to the next person on the list.
Cancellation policy: $13 refund to registrants who drop out or if FCGS cancels trip.
Transportation: Carpools. 5 drivers with high clearance, 4WD vehicles to carry 3 passengers each.
Food: Bring your own snacks and water.
