PGC requires the submission of several forms in order to participate in the tour, including but not limited to: Medical Form, Consent Form, Government Form DS3053 (notarized and signed by both guardians), and an original copy of the participant's birth certificate (guardians may apply for a certified duplicate copy). PGC is able to offer partial financial aid to families who submit an application and qualify. (Note: you must apply to receive financial aid for tour *even if* you are currently receiving financial aid for choir tuition). Do you intend to apply for financial aid for tour?

The total price for Morocco is $4,840. A non-refundable deposit of $750 is due on September 30, 2024. 9 equal payments of $454.44 are due after that. If you cancel before January 20, 2025, you will receive 100% less non-refundable deposit. If you cancel between January 20, 2025 and March 20, 2025, you will receive 80% less non-refundable deposit. If you cancel between March 21, 2025 and May 20, 2025, you will receive 50% less non-refundable deposit. After May 20, 2025, 0% is refundable. I understand this payment structure and agree to complete all payments in a timely and accurate manner.
