Whittier HOA Fall Festival Vendor Application

If you would like to exhibit, please email Beth Hoover at hooveret@gmail.com with your request and what you would like to sell.

Important information:

 The event runs from 11am-4pm. You may set up between 9:00-10:30 AM and park the vehicle in the lot to unload your supplies. Please move your vehicle to the street as soon as possible so neighbors can also unload as quickly as possible also. 

 We ask that you try to stay until 4pm, but if you can't, please stay as long as you can. Vehicles will not be allowed in the lot until after 4pm, so you may want to have a cart/additional help to help move items.

We are asking for a financial contribution to hold your spot. Money can be paid to Vanguard management by mailing a check with a copy of your registration form by September 20th to

$10/spot for residents and $20/spot for non-residents. 

In the event of inclimate weather (more than a stray shower), we will move the event to Sunday.

Waiver of Liability

By signing this form, I hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for damages, injuries, or losses which the participant or I may incur against all event officials, sponsors, volunteers, and other parties involved in the event, arising from or connected with participation in this event. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims arising from negligence, both passive and active, of the entities mentioned above.

I understand and acknowledge that participation in the Whittier Fall Festival carries inherent risks, including but not limited to, risks of personal injury, property damage, or death. I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to accept full responsibility for any injuries sustained by the participant and for any damage or loss to personal property.

Photo Release

I also hereby grant the Whittier Homeowner Association and its sponsors the conditional right to use the name, voice, and photographic likeness of the above said participant in connection with any promotional materials, including but not limited to, articles, press releases, and audio/video productions.

By electronically signing my name below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability and Photo Release.
