Set Up Times:
Thursday 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Friday 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Failure to have all vendors set up by the designated time may result in delays and inconvenience for both the vendors and customers. It is crucial for vendors to arrive and set up their booths in a timely manner to ensure the smooth operation of the event. This also allows for any last-minute adjustments or changes to be made before the doors open promptly at 4:00 P.M. on Friday November 1st.
This event will take place inside a building. If you choose to set up outside, we can work on accommodating those needs. No food trucks or set up of any food will be offered by vendors due to the host of this event. Additionally, the cafe will provide a variety of options for you to choose from including snacks, sandwiches, baked goods, hot dogs/chili, coffee, water and sodas. Saturday morning the cafe will also offer sausage biscuits and danishes. Our goal is to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for everyone.
The food being sold at the event is meant to generate funds, as it is being hosted by a nonprofit ministry/missionaries. However, the profits from the cafe sales will go towards supporting the ministry and helping us to continue our work. Therefore, it is important to support the cafe in order to contribute to a good cause.
We kindly request that all vendors plan to stay for the full duration of the event on Friday and Saturday in order to ensure its success for everyone involved. Your presence and participation are crucial to the overall experience and will be greatly appreciated.
