What types of products are you selling? We really do try not to duplicate independent consultants, but we welcome and encourage handmade crafts as they offer unique and diverse options for our customers. Our goal is to provide a wide variety of products to meet the needs and preferences of our attendees. 

This event is expected to attract over 2000+ attendees throughout the two-day duration. As a bonus, we will be offering complimentary gift wrapping services in which you may make a donation. Their will be a 50-50 raffle at the end of each day. You do not have to be present to win!

 

We do ask that you donate an item to be given away on the hour every hour. 

You can use the QR code or the link, for the QR Code simply open your phone's camera and focus it on the code. The link or QR code will bring up a prompt to choose your desired space and enter the amount to be paid. All payments must be made using the QR code and required approval must be finalized. This system ensures a secure and easy way to make payments for your chosen space.

Please note that October 21, 2024 is the deadline for full payment to reserve a vendor space at our event. In the event of a cancellation due to necessary requirements, a refund can be issued, but a $50 space obligation rental will be deducted. We kindly ask that all vendors refrain from selling inappropriate items at our event, as this is a ministry and any violations will result in being asked to leave. We appreciate your cooperation in making our event a safe and postive experience for all attendees.

Set Up Times:

Thursday 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Friday 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.

 

Failure to have all vendors set up by the designated time may result in delays and inconvenience for both the vendors and customers. It is crucial for vendors to arrive and set up their booths in a timely manner to ensure the smooth operation of the event. This also allows for any last-minute adjustments or changes to be made before the doors open promptly at 4:00 P.M. on Friday November 1st. 

 

This event will take place inside a building. If you choose to set up outside, we can work on accommodating those needs. No food trucks or set up of any food will be offered by vendors due to the host of this event. Additionally, the cafe will provide a variety of options for you to choose from including snacks, sandwiches, baked goods, hot dogs/chili, coffee, water and sodas. Saturday morning the cafe will also offer sausage biscuits and danishes. Our goal is to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for everyone. 

 

The food being sold at the event is meant to generate funds, as it is being hosted by a nonprofit ministry/missionaries. However, the profits from the cafe sales will go towards supporting the ministry and helping us to continue our work. Therefore, it is important to support the cafe in order to contribute to a good cause. 

 

We kindly request that all vendors plan to stay for the full duration of the event on Friday and Saturday in order to ensure its success for everyone involved. Your presence and participation are crucial to the overall experience and will be greatly appreciated.
