Welcome to Royal Crown Canada, a breeders’ incentive designed to benefit the Canadian barrel and rope horse industry by giving back a substantial amount to stallion or spot owners, breeders, and competitors. Each spot comes with a Junior Stallion nomination and a Senior Stallion nomination. Junior Stallions are stallions who do not have colts of competing age yet. All Junior and Senior nominations must be declared by February 1, 2025. Royal Crown Canada Futurities currently include barrel, team roping, calf roping, and breakaway roping events.

Signing this contract means you are committed to paying the full amount of $12,500 for your Barrel/Roping spot with Royal Crown Canada. Signing this contract also means you agree to make payments according to the payment schedule you have selected. If you have enrolled past any of the payment deadlines, those payments are due immediately upon enrollment. Please read the details regarding payments below:

PAYMENT GUIDELINES:

US spot owners, please contact our office for accurate exchange rates prior to submitting your payments.
There will be 100 spots sold at $12,500 CAD a share per year for Barrel/Roping.
There will be a 15-day grace period for each payment, meaning if payment is not received within 15 days of the due date your spot will be forfeited.
Missed payments result in loss of you spot and all money currently paid in.
Failure to make payments result in your spot becoming available to current shareholders prior to being offered to the public for the full spot amount (for Barrel/Roping spots that is $12,500 CAD).
Once you have signed our contract, you are responsible for paying the full amount of the spot you purchased.
All money will be transparent to shareholders and shareholders will always be able to see where the money is spent and paid out.
The only money withheld from share owners’ money will be the 5% we withhold for advertising.

PAYMENT SCHEDULES:

If you have selected to pay in full, your payment is due by November 1, 2024. If you enrolled past this date your payment is due upon submitting your enrollment form.
If you have selected the two-part payment schedule, your due dates are listed below. If you enrolled after a due date your payment for that date is due upon submitting your enrollment form.
- November 1, 2024 - $6,500 CAD due
- March 1, 2025 - $6,000 CAD due
If you have selected the four-part payment schedule, your due dates are listed below. If you enrolled after a due date your payment for that date is due upon submitting your enrollment form.
- November 1, 2024 - $3,500 CAD due
- January 1, 2025 - $3,000 CAD due
- March 1, 2025 - $3,000 CAD due
- May1, 2025 - $3,000 CAD due
