    Who does the Adult Day Center (ADC) Serve?

     

    The ADC focuses on serving adults who require supervision due to physical issues or cognitive decline. We aim to serve those over 60 years of age, with limited space for those under 60. 

     

    Clients living with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and other conditions affecting mental capabilities are welcome to seek our services.

    Who is not a good fit for the ADC?

     

    Clients with history of aggression.

    Clients who cannot take their own medications. Staff can remind clients to take medication but cannot manage medications.

    Clients who need more than one person to assist with toileting.

    Sex offenders or individuals with a record of sex-related crimes.

    What does the ADC do? 

    The HopeBridge Adult Day Center is a safe place for individuals with special needs to connect, socialize, and grow in a secure environment. Activities center around maintaining cognitive, physical, and emotional wellness to the best of the individual's abilities. All staff are trained and thoroughly background checked.

    The ADC team wants to be one element of your loved one's care; we want to work alongside you, family, friends, and other services in the area. We will connect with other service providers to develop a collaborative care approach. Every client is unique, and care should be, too.

    When does the ADC meet?

     

    Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10 am to 2 pm.

     

    Except for major holidays.

    Payment for ADC

    Payment and pricing will vary by pay source. We accept:

    • Private Pay: $24.00 per hour (subject to change)
    • Aging and Long Term Care (sliding scale)
    • Medicaid/DSHS: Contact your case manager for eligibility
    • Veteran Benefits: Contact your VA case manager for benefits eligibility
    • Long-term Care Insurance: Review your policy for Adult Day Center benefits

    Transportation

     

    The ADC staff may be able to help arrange transportation with People for People and Dial-A-Ride.

    Clients are welcome to use other services, including family, friends or care staff, for drop off and pick up.
