These sessions are designed to help you express, heal, and grow through the power of art in a safe and supportive environment. After December, we will take a short break and resume classes again in January. About our Classes

Art Journaling Classes

In Art Journal Classes, participants use guided exercises to explore creativity, emotions, and self-reflection within their personal journals. Each session introduces unique techniques like charcoal, lino carving, and scrapbooking, focusing on themes that encourage inner exploration. Students are encouraged to continue journaling at home, building on these reflections over time.

Art Classes

In Art Classes, participants engage in hands-on projects on canvas or other mediums, focusing on techniques like self-portraiture, charcoal drawing, and lino printing. Each project is aligned with the weekly theme, guiding students in expressing personal insights and developing artistic skills.

23/11/2024- FLOW: Getting into the flow of creativity and freeing your mind.

Art Journal class(10:00am-11:30am): Getting into the Flow. In this session, we’ll dive into exercises that encourage creativity to flow freely. This class is designed to loosen up the mind and help participants tap into their unique creative process. Through guided journaling and reflective prompts, we will break down mental barriers and cultivate a state of artistic ease, allowing you to explore and reflect with openness.

30/11/2024- EMBRACING THE DARKNESS: Acknowledging and balancing light and shadow within ourselves.

Art Journaling( 10:00am-11:30am): Embracing Your Shadow and Light. This journaling class focuses on tone and self-acceptance. Using charcoal, we’ll explore the concept of duality—acknowledging both the “light” and “shadow” aspects of ourselves. Through creative exercises, participants will work on accepting all sides of their identity, using charcoal to represent the depth and complexity within each of us.

07/12/2024- GROUNDED: Finding stability and grounding through creative expression.

14/12/2024: INTENTIONS: Setting visions and intentions for the future.

Art Journaling(10:00am-11:30am): Vision for the Future. As the final class of the year, we’ll use this art journaling session to set personal intentions. With scrapbooking elements, participants will create pages that represent their hopes, aspirations, and plans for the upcoming year. By reflecting on goals and dreams, this class helps participants set a positive and intentional focus for the future.

Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Scheduling:
Classes are booked in advance for specific dates. If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, please notify us as soon as possible to arrange a reschedule. We will gladly allow you to reschedule for a future date, subject to availability, but no refunds will be provided.

2. Non-Transferable Bookings:
Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another individual.

3. Materials and Supplies:
SoulCanvas provides all necessary materials and supplies for each class. You are welcome to bring additional personal materials if they help enhance your creative process.

4. Class Conduct and Dismissal:
SoulCanvas reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior disrupts the safe and respectful environment of the class. No refund will be issued in cases of dismissal for misconduct.

5. Liability Waiver:
By participating, attendees release SoulCanvas and Natural Charm from any liability regarding personal injury or loss during classes.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds:
Once a booking is made, no refunds are available. However, we understand that circumstances change, and we offer the flexibility to reschedule your class for a later date if notified in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be arranged within the current or following class cycle.
