1. Booking and Scheduling:
Classes are booked in advance for specific dates. If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, please notify us as soon as possible to arrange a reschedule. We will gladly allow you to reschedule for a future date, subject to availability, but no refunds will be provided.
2. Non-Transferable Bookings:
Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another individual.
3. Materials and Supplies:
SoulCanvas provides all necessary materials and supplies for each class. You are welcome to bring additional personal materials if they help enhance your creative process.
4. Class Conduct and Dismissal:
SoulCanvas reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior disrupts the safe and respectful environment of the class. No refund will be issued in cases of dismissal for misconduct.
5. Liability Waiver:
By participating, attendees release SoulCanvas and Natural Charm from any liability regarding personal injury or loss during classes.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refunds:
Once a booking is made, no refunds are available. However, we understand that circumstances change, and we offer the flexibility to reschedule your class for a later date if notified in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be arranged within the current or following class cycle.
