2025 19th Annual DHMIC Summit Call for Proposals
Calling all maternal and child health advocates and stakeholders! The Delaware Healthy Mother & Infant Consortium (DHMIC) Annual Summit is on Monday, April 14, 2025. We invite you to share your insights and thoughts for next year’s Summit content and topic focus by submitting a session proposal.

Please share your organization’s contribution to infant and maternal health. Whether you just want to share a topic idea, or take part in this year’s Summit, we are open to all ideas and proposals. Simply complete this form with your ideas by Friday, Oct. 18.
As a reminder: The mission of the Delaware Healthy Mother and Infant Consortium (DHMIC) is to provide statewide leadership and coordination of efforts to prevent infant and maternal mortality and improve the health of women of childbearing age and infants throughout Delaware. The Consortium’s priorities and advocacy agenda shall be initially dictated by the recommendations contained in the report entitled “Reducing Infant Mortality in Delaware – Recommendations of the Infant Mortality Task Force,” released in May 2005.
