All Saints Catholic School - Plan for Early Dismissal

Are you picking up a child early from school? Please complete this form the day before the early dismissal to let the school know your plan. It must be completed by a parent or guardian.

Your completed form will go to the school office and be forwarded to your child's teacher(s).

Instructions for early dismissal pick-up: The person picking up the child(ren) should come to the School Welcome Desk inside Door G with their cell phone (we use a QR code to access the sign-out form). The student will wait in the school office until the welcome desk knows someone is there for them.

If you would like to message your child's teacher further about this absence, please feel free to contact him/her directly.
