Payment & Refund Policy
All orders require payment in full at the time of order. Due to the custom nature of each order, all sales are final. Please proofread all text at the time of placing your order. Customers are encouraged to inspect their order carefully for spelling and accuracy before completing the ordering process. If you discover there has been a mistake while ordering, please email thisandthatmums@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will work with you to make sure everything is accurate.
Pick Up
Order pickup is the Tuesday before the school’s scheduled homecoming date. You will receive the address for pickup after payment confirmation. Alternate pickup days may be available, upon request. Please check your order thoroughly before leaving the pick-up location. Leaving the pick-up location, with your order, is an acknowledgment that the order is correct.
