Requirements as a vendor are as follows:
Registration:
Complete the registration form. If you are selling items, please pay the $50 vendor fee on or before September 14, 2024. Spaces are limited, so early registration is encouraged.
Fees can be paid via Cashapp, Vemo, money order (made out to the Jackson Zoo) or Zelle. Please indicate on the memo line: "Oktoberfest vendor".
Registration Payment:
Registration fees can be paid via Zelle: 901-900-7303 or CashApp: $gossipp14

Set-Up:
Set-up begins at 8:00 a.m. on the event day.
Vendors must enter and sign-in at the Blue tent located in the parking lot.
All booths must be ready when gates open at 10:00 a.m.
We recommend bringing a wagon or bin with wheels to transport items from your vehicle to the event space.
Event Location/Equipment:
Vendors will set up around the Wildlife Amphitheater inside of the Jackson Zoo.
Booth locations are not predesignated.
We have a very liited supply of tables, tents and chairs. We will provide 1 table, 1 tent, and 2 chairs on a first come first serve. You are welcome to bring your own table, tent, and chairs if needed for your set-up.
Booths:
You are responsible for staffing your booth during the event.
Ensure your area is cleaned after the event.
Prohibited Items:
For the safety of guests and animals, the following items are prohibited:
Weapons or firearms
Alcohol or drugs
Pets
Bicycles, skate shoes, skateboards, and scooters
Balloons, drones, or flying toys
Glass items
Confetti and silly strings
